
Having lived in numerous countries outside Japan, I crave many types of food from Indian curry to impala steaks (they are seriously good with Kenyan Guiness). Since I can’t buy or order them, I try to make them if possible. On Saturday, I tried making fajitas, a Mexican food where you wrap meat and vegetables in a crape-like shell called tortillas. Forgive me for using a picture from the internet, but I forgot to take a photo before it ended up in my one-pack belly.
