In Toyooka, where there are only 2 flights in and out of the city a day, there always seems to be a bird that hover the sky, casting its magnificent presence to all of us below (trying to sound like someone from BBC Nature). The Black Kite, known as ‘Tobi’ or ‘Tonbi’ in Japanese, has a shrieking, whistle-like cry, which to me sounds like something from old Western movies. Managed to get a picture right before it attacked an innocent girl protecting a sand castle
