News Feed: BBC - Staff to be given training rights

When I was working in after-school club, I was given the opportunity to train to become a certified play-worker. Also, when I was playing volleyball at university, there was a national training scheme to become a coach so that the sport can be popularised.

Now the UK government is to make these training a part of worker’s rights. As life is a never-ending learning cycle, I think it is a good thing. Wonder what would happen if this notion was also passed in Japan.
