Since Raul Castro took over his brother, Fidel Castro, he has brought in changes such as allowing mobile phones and computers. Now, he has allowed ‘bonuses’ for high performance of workers. This is a significant move away from the traditional way of communism since the revolution in 1959.Is this a conformism to globalisation or it is a step toward freedom?
